AMAZON BULK FOOD SHOP LINKS BELOW! Welcome! In today's video we discuss my TOP 5 ESSENTIAL BULK FOOD PREPS that you should put in your pantry now. I often share how I budget out our family's grocery needs separately from our BULK FOOD PANTRY NEEDS. I feel that keeping these two categories helps to systematically stock up your pantry on a weekly basis. I always keep an ongoing "REGULAR GROCERY LIST" as well as a ""BULK FOODS LIST" on my phone. I designate Wednesday as my "food day". Meaning, on Monday and Tuesday I work on putting in my grocery pick up order so that it is ready for pick up on Wednesday. By Wednesday, I also place my "BULK FOOD ORDERS" usually I use amazon, walmart, or shop around to see if any other websites are offering better "price/pound" or "price/ ounce " deals. I absolutely love the convenience of having my bulk items delivered to my door. I have also found that Wednesday is a wonderful midweek day to get my groceries in the house. It helps to keep the house stocked and ready for the weekend when we are all home more. I keep notes in my phone on the date that I place the bulk order and anything else that I need to make a note of. It's easy this way to prioritize which items our family needs. We love sourcing bulk food and household goods from local sources as often as is possible. However, where we live, we just can't get everything we need from local growers and producers.
